The company’s experts believe that it should be possible to accurately estimate the failure time of the pump due to wear of parts such as the case. In this way, both the maximum life of the part can be used and the unwanted stop of the production line can be prevented due to the pump coming out of the distance. In the GIV group, three methods were used to measure the thickness of the case: 1- Manual method 2- Ultrasonic method 3- Laser scanning method And according to the results, the experts of this company suggest to their customers to use the laser scanning method to measure the thickness of the case because it has more accurate results. The company has provided the possibility of providing laser measurement service and calculating the minimum thickness of the case for some of its customers.
